Pricing, Insurance, scheduling and Other Information
Pricing: Please contact us for pricing on services and products. We accept several forms of payment.
Insurance: We accept insurance for all therapy services, except group therapy. Insurance is not accepted for non-therapy services. Accepted insurances: BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, Tricare, Optum, United Health Care, Medicaid, and Ambetter. We offer sliding scale self-pay for those in need.
Scheduling: Scheduling any service can be done through any of our offered communication: email, text, and phone.
